It should be noted the excellent qualifications of the "GrandSoft" Team specialists, a high level of proficiency in development technologies, fluency in the programming languages ​​Python and JavaScript, their desire to delve into all the details and features of the project and also a creative approach to work. During the development of the portal we have received a lot of proposals from the “GrandSoft” Team and most of which we have used.

During the development, the GrandSoft Team constantly kept us updated on the
development, promptly answering questions and explaining complex technical issues in a very accessible form.

The entire cycle of work on the launch of the project - from thinking through the architecture and the deployment on a working server - was carried out by GrandSoft and we did not have to resort to looking for additional specialists. The "GrandSoft" team has its own proven established contacts of suppliers, which greatly simplified cooperation.

I'd like to express my gratitude to the GrandSoft Team for developing the OkeyHotel web-service. OkeyHotel is a hotel management service, the main goal of the project was to create a system that would meet the needs of small hotels/ hostels.

We understood that small hotel owners facilities don't need so many of the features that most PMS systems offer, so we set a task for GrandSoft: to develop clear and easy-to-manage service. GrandSoft Team managed to do this and OkeyHotel was implemented in the business processes of several hotels in summer of 2019 and is already making a profit.

We were on the "same page" with GrandSoft and it greatly simplified our cooperation: our requests were instantly understood and accepted. I also want to note that we didn't have to look for specialists on the side: GrandSoft completely took over the development of the project.

Of course, we are not going to stop, there is still room to grow. We were glad to cooperate with GrandSoft and will continue it with pleasure!
